Returns and Refunds
All orders are fulfilled by Gelato, a print-on-demand company. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered, so returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been customized with your specific designs, text, or other personalized elements.
Quality Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products, please email us within 30 days of receiving them, providing:

A clear photo showing the issue

Your order number

Any other details requested for investigation
We will refer the issue to Gelato’s Quality Assurance team for review. If the claim is validated, a replacement order will be issued as quickly as possible. Gelato prioritizes replacements over refunds, but if a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at Gelato’s discretion.
Color Consistency
Printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be guaranteed. Multiple factors influence color, such as machine type, settings, paper types, and humidity levels. Minor color variations are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products, incorrect items, or an incorrect quantity, please contact us immediately. Gelato will cover the cost of a replacement order.
Lost Orders Policy
For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will work with Gelato to arrange a replacement order.
Shipping Issues
Wrong Address
If the provided address is incorrect or insufficient for delivery, the shipment will be returned or safely disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the new order cost.
Rejected by the Recipient
If the recipient rejects the shipment at delivery, it will be returned or safely disposed of. A new order will need to be placed at your expense.
Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is undelivered and remains unclaimed at a post office or carrier pickup point, it may be returned to the sender or disposed of. Unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to reorder, you will need to pay for a new order, but we may be able to arrange a product price refund for the replacement order (excluding shipping costs).
